If you are shortlisted, you will receive access data depending on the position to an online analysis of potential. A clear picture on both sides reduces the time it takes to get to know each other during the trial period. The aim is to work together to find out what makes you particularly valuable to us as a candidate: leadership and communication skills, soft skills and preferences in your working methods.
