If you are shortlisted, you will receive access data depending on the position to an online analysis of potential. A clear picture on both sides reduces the time it takes to get to know each other during the trial period. The aim is to work together to find out what makes you particularly valuable to us as a candidate: leadership and communication skills, soft skills and preferences in your working methods.

After a successful interview, our HR department will prepare your employment contract and send it to you. Please sign the contract and send it back to us.

Welcome to our team! From your very first day, we will help you feel comfortable at SmartRay and pursue your work successfully. In addition to a prepared training plan, you will also be assigned a mentor to accompany you during your probationary period.
